Digital Products and Courses

Due to the nature of digital content, all sales of digital products, downloadable materials, ebooks, workshops, memberships, and online courses are generally considered final and non-refundable.

• Membership access
• Recorded workshops

Live Events and Virtual Experiences

Refund policies for live or virtual events may vary depending on the event and will be stated on the individual registration page.

If a live event is canceled by New Pink Paradigm, registrants may receive:

a refund,

transfer option,

credit,

or access to a rescheduled experience.

Subscription Memberships

Membership subscriptions may be canceled at any time before the next billing cycle.

No partial refunds will be issued for unused membership periods after billing has occurred.

Exceptional Circumstances

We understand that unexpected situations can happen. Refund requests submitted due to extraordinary circumstances may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis at our discretion.
